AutoPost BD ("the App", "we") is a tool that lets Facebook Page administrators schedule and publish content to Pages they manage. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

1. Information we collect

• From Facebook, with your permission: Page ID, Page name, Page profile picture URL and a Page access token. We request the permissions pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts.
• Content and activity: captions, hashtags, generated images, posting schedule, and logs of successful or failed posts.
• Dashboard account: a username and a hashed password for the administrator who operates the App.

We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, private messages, or data about your Page visitors.

2. How we use information

Only to publish posts to your Pages on the schedule you set, show you posting logs and status, and keep the service working and secure.

3. Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and image generation) and Google (Gemini API for caption text). Topic/category prompts are sent to these providers to generate content; they do not include your personal profile data. Posts are published through Meta's Graph API.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in a Cloudflare database. Page access tokens are kept on the server side only and are never exposed to the browser. We keep data until you disconnect a Page or ask us to delete it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers above and as required by law.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can remove the App from your Facebook settings at any time, or request deletion of your data. See Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.

Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from AutoPost BD in either of these ways.

Option 1: Remove the App from Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find AutoPost BD and click Remove. The App's access to your Pages is revoked immediately.

Option 2: Ask us to delete your data

Email [YOUR_EMAIL] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your Facebook Page ID(s) or Page name(s). We will delete your data within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Page access tokens, Page ID, name and picture URL stored by the App
• Scheduled queue items, post logs and generated captions linked to your Pages
• Your dashboard account, if you ask for it

What is not deleted

Posts already published on your Facebook Page stay there. Delete them directly on Facebook if you want them removed.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AutoPost BD ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App helps administrators schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages they manage, including content generated with AI tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, be an administrator of every Page you connect, and follow the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Community Standards and applicable law.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content published to your Pages, including AI-generated text and images.
• Do not use the App for spam, misleading or illegal content, hate, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
• Label AI-generated content where Meta or the law requires it.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

5. No guarantees

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, reach, engagement, or that AI output will be accurate or error-free.

6. Third-party services

The App depends on Meta, Google and Cloudflare. Changes or outages in their services may affect the App, and their own terms apply to you.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of reach, revenue or Page restrictions imposed by Meta.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. See our Privacy Policy.
